Service description	The public service implements the processes of revision of large scale topographic plans and engineering network plans by the authorized organizations and approval of documents by municipality. The users can request and obtain large scale data from primary sources about engineering networks in the specified target area. The planners are provided with possibility to ensure that all the planning process is managed according to the established procedures. Height reference system of the database is LAS07. Environment for certified geodesists
Target audience	The service is accessible for all certified geodesists. The users of the service must be previously registered at www.geoportal.lt. The service is for national organizations. Service links redirect to the Lithuanian interface.
